These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding your legal rights and obligations in relation to your use of the Abilect Platform. Please read this document carefully as your access and use of the Platform implies that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on the 02 July 2018. They are effective for those registering accounts with us after this date and will become effective for those with pre-existing accounts following the 31st of July, 2018. Should any further changes be effected for these terms and conditions, Abilect will notify you via the email address provided on your Abilect account.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Abilect, administering your use of and access to the Abilect website, as well as any other website through which Abilect makes its services available to you (collectively referred to as “Site”). The agreement between you and Abilect with regard to these Terms is also extended to your use of the Site through its mobile, tablet, smart device applications and application program interfaces (collectively referred to as “Abilect Devices”). The Site and Abilect Devices will hereafter be collectively referred to as the “Abilect Platform”. These Terms also constitute by reference our Privacy Policy. If you are a Swiss resident, you are contracting with Abilect SA, Rue de Rive 28, 1260, Nyon.
Should you change your place of residence, the Abilect company you are contracting with is determined by your new place of residence, from the date on which your place of residence changes.
N.B: Please note that while these terms are referred to as Abilect Services, this in no way constitutes an endorsement by Abilect of these services or of the Service Providers who publish associated Profiles. Abilect Services refers simply to the services and Profiles that are published by third parties on the Abilect Platform.
Members will be notified via email of the pending suspension of their account. The email will include details pertinent to the reason(s) for the suspension as well as the steps needed to be undertaken in order for the Member to recover the Account. Account recovery will be possible for a period of 14 days following Abilect notifying the Member of the Account suspension.
Abilect reserves the right to immediately and without notice terminate a Members relationship with the Platform if:
