    Abilect currently sources service providers from the following industries:
    plumbing, carpentry, electricians, handymen, catering, gardening, event planners, chauffeuring, babysitting, cleaning, tutoring lessons, driving lessons.
  3. Devices
    You can use Abilect anywhere, anytime, on your smartphone or laptop.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account on Abilect is easy. Just follow the below steps:

  1. Download the app or go to www.abilect.com
  2. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password
  3. Verify your email address and complete your profile by adding your address, phone number and preferred payment method.
  4. Have a service request? Enter the industry, preferred time and place and receive a notification once a service provider has confirmed your request.

Is Abilect safe?

At Abilect, we understand the importance of guaranteeing that customers can trust the information they find on our website. For this, the service professionals listed on the website are subject to a two-step verification process. An internal verification is first conducted by Abilect upon registration. The secondary verification process is conducted on a continuous basis through community evaluation via ratings and reviews. In this way, we are able to guarantee that you are truly getting the best and safest service.

How does Abilect verify service professionals?

The verification process of our service professionals is as follows:
  1. Service professionals register on the platform with an email address and password, following which they are sent an email with a link to a “Service Professional Checklist” that includes all necessary identifying information such as copies of ID cards, passports, applicable licenses and work permits, business registration documents, etc. At this stage, the profile of the service professional has not been included on the Abilect platform.
  2. Upon submission of these documents, the Abilect team conducts a cross-verification of the information provided and the service professional will receive one of the following three emails depending on the outcome of our cross-verification:
  1. Acceptance with email verification request that officially adds their profile to the Abilect platform
  2. Warning that there have been some discrepancies found in the application with accompanying request to correct said discrepancies and re-submit the application for a second review.
  3. Rejection email that does not allow for an account to be created on the platform.

How does my profile work on my Abilect account?

  1. Send in service requests
  2. Cancel service requests or service orders
  3. Review service order and request history
  4. Review payment history
  5. Rate and review your service providers
